It finishes to announce a new line of helps with the aim to subsidise openings and reforms of venues during the year 2023.
The aims of this measure are varied: on the one hand dinamizar the trade by means of projects of recovery of the empty venues situated in the urban plot consolidated of the municipality, or in the historical helmet and his widen; by another, wants to achieve an optimum commercial combination in each zone, do it more attractive and reform the establishments or stopped in municipal markets of one some antiquity; beside these purposes, is the one to adapt the businesses of trade to the by minor and of services to the new rule that marks the Royal decree law, 14/2022 of 1 August of Measures of saving and energetic efficiency, so that they have a system of closing of automatic doors, to prevent that these are opened permanently and the consistent wasteful energetic.

The beneficiarios are the autonomous and companies that have, like minimum, an establishment on foot of street in Catalonia, in any of these sectors: available retail Trade to the by minor (all type of establishment); Services of mechanical workshops, photographic, copisterías, graphic arts and reparations; Agencies of perfectionist trips, tintorerías and lavanderías, hair salons and living rooms of aesthetics and beauty; Bars, cafés, restaurants and companies to eat poised or cátering; and, finally, the stops of sedentary municipal markets and no sedentary.
Which are the requirements?
That the minimum investment subvencionable was of 2.000,00 euros.
They remain excluded those investments that surpass the 60.000,00 euros and the corresponding administrative concessions to integral reforms of municipal markets.
These are the costs that will be able to subsidise:
Recovery of the empty venues: Costs derived of the purchase, lease or administrative concession of venues and of the enlargement of the available surface annexing a new venue.
Reform of establishments: Costs derived of the reform or improvement of commercial establishments and services and of stops of sedentary municipal markets and stopped of markets no sedentary.
Adaptation of the doors: Costs derived of the adaptation of the doors of the establishment to the new normative (Royal decree law, 14/2022 of 1 August of Measures of saving and energetic efficiency).
Stopped of available markets no sedentary: Costs derived of the reform or improvement of stops of markets no sedentary (where the person applicant accredit the titularity in, like minimum, the last 5 years).
The quantity of the subvention will be of until 50% of the costs subvencionables with a maximum of 5.000 euros. The procedure of concession will do in chronological order of the applications and the date in which it will be able to present the application still has not been published.
