- Extension of the provision by cessation of activity caused to the protect of the article 9 of the Royal decree-law 24/2020 compatible with the work by own account and extension of the right to the provision to those autonomous workers that fulfil the requirements for his access in the fourth quarter of 2020, until 31 January 2021.
- New extraordinary provision by cessation of activityfor the autonomous workers by a temporary suspension of all the activity like consequence of resolution of the competent authority like measure of containment of the propagation of the virus COVID-19.
- New extraordinary provisionfor those autonomous workers that can not cause right to the ordinary provision of cessation of planned activity in GIVES it Fourth of the RD-law 30/2020 or to the provision of cessation of ordinary “activity” of the article 327 of the TRLGSS (RD Leg 8/2015) by not gathering the requirements of lack (Art.13.2)
- Extraordinary provision of cessation of activity for the workers of season. The art.10 of the RD-law 24/2020 regulated for the first time this extraordinary provision. They consider hard-working of season those autonomous workers whose only work along the last two years had developed in the RETA or in the ROW during the months of June to December. It will consider that the autonomous worker has developed an only work during the months of June to December of 2018 and 2019 whenever, to having been of tall in a regime of social security like worker by extraneous account, this tall do not surpass the 120 days along these two years.
