New helps of the Government of Catalonia to the sector of the restoration and centres of aesthetics
The Government will reduce to 50% the hires of the enclosed venues by the pandemia and approves 40 millions in expandable "subventions" for these two sectors.
The Government has approved this Tuesday 20 October reduce to 50% the hires of the enclosed commercial venues forzosamente by the pandemia in case that arrendatario and owner do not put of agreement in the hour to recess the cost. The norm pretends to avert the closing of companies and the destruction of places of work and improve the negotiation among the parts by no judicializar the question. Of the measure approved can benefit in these moments bars, restaurants, centres of aesthetics, ludotecas and bingos.
They will be able to renegotiate with the owners to establish, with one accord, a discount of the mensualidades or receive, in the term of a month, to the discount of 50% if there is not pact. To practical effects, the administration will consider that the business that is enclosed can receive to the discount of 50%, whereas in the case of the businesses with partial restrictions, like trades, gymnasiums, hotels or theatres, if there is lack of agreement, the discount will be of 50% of the part restricted. This means that, regarding the businesses that have to reduce in the half the capacity, the arrendatario will have to pay all the hire of the part that can use and the half of the part restricted. That is to say, that the owner will finish ingresando 75% of the price of the usual hire.
Subventions, credits and plan of crash
The Government also has approved other measures to lean to the sectors affected by the closings forced. On the one hand, it has approved a party of 40 millions in expandable "subventions" in function of the needs that will suppose that each business receive a help of maximum 1.500 euros. The establishments will be able to request this help in a term of five days through the Consortium of the Trade, Craftsmanship and Fashion of Catalonia.
Also it has approved a line of financing of the Catalan Institute of Finances by value of 20 million euros that will suppose until 15.000 euros more costs of risk for each business applicant. By another band, the Government will present a plan of crash of 420 millions that vehicularán through an enlargement of the estimate derived of the flexibilización of 0,2% of the aim of deficit. Of the 420 millions, 72 will allocate to costs that already foresaw the estimates of the 2020, 26 millions to politics of house, 20 millions to social protection, 13 millions to industry and economic promotion and 13 millions to culture. The rest, will distribute in departments in function of the plan of crash.
