In this course will analyse the measures of internal flexibility to the company that the labour reform of 2012 entered in our juridical arranging, through a more flexible regulation of the substantial modifications of conditions of work, of the inaplicación of the agreement and of the priority aplicativa of the agreement of company in some matters on the ones of the upper field, take that over time passed from his entrance in force exist judicial criteria and officials that allow to interpret the real scope of the same.
The aim of the course is to analyse the development of the most notable measures of flexibility and his repercussion in labour matter and of Social Security, as well as the problematic in his application and the critical points of the same, accosting them from an essentially practical approach.
