The work part time will equate with the work to complete time
It treats of a measure that will set from the next 1 October.
Day worked -part time or complete- will consider sought-after day, that is to say to effects of computation of the sought-after periods with which will calculate the pensions of retirement, permanent inability, temporary, birth or care of a minor.
It treats of a measure that will set from the next 1 October and whose aim is to adapt the norm to the sentences of the European Court of Human rights and of the Constitutional Court and improve the conditions of the workers with agreements part time, that add more than 2 million people in Spain, the majority women (75% of the total of hard-working/ace part time).
With the modification of the article 247 of the LGSS, will leave to be determinant the length of the working time and a person that work eight daily hours will quote the same that an employee to half day. This will allow to arrive before to the necessary sought-after period to access to the pension of retirement when take the cotización in spite of the daily hours and the length of the working time.
