Labour contracting: incentives and bonuses with the new regulation
The aim of the course is to know the basic appearances of the modalities of contracting bonificada more notable, together with the requirements and administrative criteria of interpretation.
Even so from an essentially practical perspective, by means of an analysis of all the questions that affect the frame of labour contracting incentivada. Also they will analyse the most notable suppositions of labour contracting bonificada valid by different juridical norms, the requirements of maintenance of the bonuses, and the effects in case of incumplimiento of the same.
