The Agency Tributaria accelerates the embargo to delinquent providers that use TPV
In the Official Bulletin of the State (BOE) of 29 May, approved a resolution of the State Agency of Administration Tributaria (AEAT) that regulates the procedure to make telemáticamente embargoes of derivative credits of the collection by means of terminals of point of sale (TPV),so many physicists like virtual. This method looks for to speed up the processes, following the line of modernisation that the AEAT has adopted in the last decade to avert demoras associated to manual systems.

The use of TPV for payments with card has popularised , especially after the pandemia of COVID-19, what has motivated to the Agency Tributaria to extend his telematic technicians of embargo to this field. The resolution specifies that it will apply to the diligences of embargo of credits managed by means of TPV, excluding the preventive diligences and those derivatives of measures cautelares.
Procedure and Web services
The procedure allows the automation and the massive exchange of data through web services in the electronic headquarters of the AEAT. The entities of credit and providers of services of payment can opt by two modalities: the use of forms for entities no adhered or exchanges automated for entities adhered, facilitating a more agile management of the diligences of embargo.
The entities adhered also will be able to access to additional web services, like the recovery and surgery of previous diligences and documents by means of the Sure Code of Verification (CSV).

Steps for the Adhesion
- Communication of Adhesion: The entities interested have to present his application in the electronic headquarters of the AEAT. The date proposed of adhesion does not have to be inferior to 15 days neither upper to 2 months from the presentation.
- Modifications: Any change in the data of adhesion has to be communicated with an antelación minimum of a month, according to the model of modification specified.
- Drop of the Procedure: For desvincularse, the entities have to communicate it formally to the Department of Collection, with an antelación minimum of a month.
