New parental permission

It treats of a new permission for ausentarse of the place of work with right to remuneration in the following cases:
- 5 days by accident or grave illness, hospitalisation or surgical intervention without hospitalisation that require domiciliary rest. The anterior norm contemplated 2 days. Will be able to benefit of this permission the people that coexist with the worker or hard-working that requires the care in the same domicile and also the couples in fact in the field of the permission, as well as to familiar consanguine of the couple in fact.
- 4 days rewarded for the new right to ausentarse of the work by cause of main force when it was necessary by urgent familiar motives and unpredictable (in case of illness or accident that do indispensable his immediate presence). In the case of permission by demise of the spouse (2 days),take the couples in fact.
- Reduction of day: this right arrives to those who need to commission of the direct care of a familiar until the second degree of consanguinity of the spouse or couple in fact, included the familiar consanguine of the couple in fact, whenever they did not exist familiar by consanguineidad direct until the second degree.
- Right to the reduction of day for the care of children or people to charge with disability that are minor of 26 years and that have cancer or another grave illness, when the degree of disability surpass 65%, whenever this condition accredit before fulfilling the 23 years.
- Right to 15 natural days of permission in case of register of couple in fact, equating this situation to the celebration of marriage.

Families monoparentales
The/the progenitor/to only/to will be able to enjoy of the complete enlargements of suspension of the agreement for the case of families with two people progenitors in the supposition of disability of the son or daughter or in multiple births.
